Return Eligibility and Timeframe

Baggu accepts returns on full-priced items within 30 days from the purchase date. To qualify, items must be unused, unwashed, in their original packaging with all tags attached. Apparel must be unworn and show no signs of wear. Products that appear used or altered cannot be returned.

Sale items, including those from sale collections and purchases made during promotional events, are final sale. These items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable without exceptions.

Return Shipping and Fees

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If returning a full-priced item by mail, a $4.95 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Returns made in person at a Baggu physical store, along with exchanges or returns processed as store credit, do not incur a restocking fee. Returning items to a store location will both save you this fee and expedite the resolution.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Begin by contacting Baggu through our contact page to start your return or exchange. Do not ship items before contacting us, as this can delay processing.
We will provide instructions and support for your return or exchange request.
If mailing the return, send it following the provided guidelines within the 30-day return window.
After we receive and inspect the item to ensure it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at purchase. Processing typically takes 5 to 10 business days after item receipt and inspection.

Price Adjustment Policy

If a full-priced item you bought at Baggu goes on sale within seven days after your purchase, we offer a one-time price adjustment by refunding the difference to your original payment method. This is a one-time courtesy per item and does not apply repeatedly.
