Order Processing Time

At Baggu, we process and ship orders from our facility within 1-3 business days. After your order leaves our facility, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow your package’s journey.

Domestic Shipping Within the United States

Ground shipping within the U.S. costs $6 per order and is free on purchases over $50. Typical delivery takes between 7-10 business days after your order ships.

If you need your order faster, expedited shipping options are available at checkout. The exact cost and delivery timeframe for expedited services will be shown when you select a shipping method.

International Shipping

Baggu offers international shipping with delivery times generally ranging from 8-11 business days once the package has shipped. Please note that customs processing may extend delivery time.

Customs duties and fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Baggu does not control these charges and cannot provide estimates for them.

Shipping Address and Delivery

We ship orders to the address you provide at checkout. It is important to double-check your address before completing your order to avoid delivery issues.

If the address is incorrect, the package may be returned to us, and reshipping could incur additional fees.
If you notice an error in your address immediately after placing your order, contact us through our contact page right away. Address changes are time-sensitive and not guaranteed.

Once your order is with the carrier, delivery times depend on their handling. During peak seasons and major sales, carriers can experience high volume that may delay delivery.

Tracking and Delivery Issues

Tracking information provided via email offers the most current status of your shipment. If your package shows as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around your property—porches, side doors, and mailrooms are common drop-off spots.
