By placing an order through Baggu’s website, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our site or placing an order.

Ordering and Pricing

Baggu strives to provide accurate pricing and product descriptions. However, errors can occur. In the event of a pricing mistake or an incorrect product description, we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund.

Quantities on any product may be limited at our discretion. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you promptly.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

Once you place an order, it cannot be modified—this includes adding or removing items.

Requests for address changes or full order cancellations must be made immediately after placing the order. We will make every effort to accommodate these requests, but changes are time-sensitive and not guaranteed.

Shipping and Address Responsibility

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, Baggu will assist with reshipping your order. Additional shipping charges may apply in these cases.

International customers should be aware that customs fees and import duties may apply and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Baggu does not handle or estimate these charges.

Shipping Delays and Liability

Baggu is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us promptly through our contact page at Baggu. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
